I have been working with Luxoft for almost 1 year. While working here I got the opportunity to work on niche technologies like big data, Hadoop, Java 11, Automation. Work-life balance is there and higher management listens to the employees. There are ample growth opportunities.

Salary is credited on time and it provides lot of learning opportunities by organizing training sessions.

Dislikes

Changing project is quite tedious and in my i work at client location and its very hard to keeps up with Luxoft meetings and trainings. In Luxoft management do not care about individuals interest areas they will just assign you a project so that billings keeps on coming.
