Well in case you fall sick you believe that you wouldn't be able to give you hundred percentage and you like to take a leave asset leave that a two problems one you have to show medical certificate then you can take 2 days of Sik leave if you want to apply for one day just one day they weather or not sick leave of three days two days one day they keep sending your emails meeting for meeting invitation with your immediate reporting manager and his Manager or her manager along with HR person it talk sec and tortures Company...Read More

Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

Not at all employee friendly. I joined as a fresher and I have got rejected from all the projects as I had no experience. Not realising I had lesser experience than others. I was constantly removed from projects within 1-2 months and never got a chance to learn anything even though I actively completed all the trainings and certifications time to time. No user friendly systems. Employees are not encouraged by BU awards. No HR is meeting it's BU. Keeping resigned resources and newly hired ones as a cost. If no work is allocated by company or if a person is not playing a big role, the release should be done in 15 days along with paying compensation of earned leaves

Work environment is good. Work life balance is setistecotry. High chance that you will not get project specific to your domain, but any how that will be managed.

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.

This is best example of being worst company in Indian IT consulting sector. It has no culture,no process no organisational mechanism. Just bunch of few jokers running the organisation inspired by cynical SN Subrahmanyan who wants all employees to work 24*7 on salary similar to peanuts

Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

I'm from B.Sc (non B.Tech), they locked 4y Bond & mention Mtech(4y program) sponsor, that is not free they took my salary to pay. And this is mandatory to take else they are not give job. If joined mtech will lately started mtech program and nearly 5y happend until now hike, no promotion. Salary is fixed for 4y. Dislikes

Mid level management, directors are toxic. They have unrealistic expectations without any understanding of ground level reality or even lack the willingness to understand. They make commitments and then expect you to deliver at any costs. Plus the amount of toxicity when they talk to you is beyond your imagination if you are coming from a company with compassionate managers.
