Undeterred by my appreciation for the LTIMindtree Ltd company, there are few areas which requires improvement. First thing to mention is that the salary increments are not as expected. Regular and timely salary reviews and increments are crucial for employee motivation and satisfaction. There is a lack of timely communication from management when it comes to the annual increments and other important updates. To maintain the transparency and the trust within the company, clear and consistent communication is very much required. Encouraging and Engaging in various roles and appreciating taking diverse responsibilities. As usual like in any other IT Services company; this year 2024 n last year Increment cycles were delayed. And whatever % given wasn't that great.
