It has good work-life balance,and one gets opportunities to grow and learn. We get free cab service and complimentary snacks and food for shift employees. The managers (in my current project ) are really supportive and help in resolving all issues.
Once we are on bench, the bench manager,HR and learning representatives don’t support much.They don’t even reply until it’s very end of the bench period just to show bare minimum effort. The appraisals since the merger with Mindtree have been really low and it’s a bit demoralising.
