Internal politics due to this i lost my job. My manager is from Chennai he is very rude with me for not speaking Tamil. He knows what's going on in project he use to handle scrum calls if we say working or learning some new things related to technology he used to abort that and talk very rudely. I am working in this organization from last 5 years below are positive sides: 1) Job security 2) Work life balance (totally depends on project) 3) Having lot clients (specially BFS) 4) CITI bank is the major client of LTI

1) No hikes some time its took 2 years to apply the yearly appraisal that to between 3-6%. 2) After the merger from Mindtree system got more worse . 3) IF you will be on bench then the resource management system is not good you need to find the project by yourself . 4) your managers will not respond you even you are taking follow up for some thing from weeks 5) Management is little bit like government organization...Read More

No hike in the year 2022-23, maximum employees got 1-2%. Or even less than 1%. The appraisal and performance cycle is severely impacted after merger with MINDTREE. Every year they keep pushing the appraisal cycle without informing the employees. We get all the news from external media. No communication from HR or Leadership.
