All the policies are beneficial to the company. They don’t care about employee. And HR Team supports those policies. No town hall meetings to hear about from employees. They get more revenues every quarter and they are pride about it, but they don’t give good salary hike. The workforce team is very poor, they don’t care about peoplein Bench. Even if there are people in the bench with Matching skill sets, they don’t onboard them instead they newly hire from outside then give higher package.
