The work culture is great and good company values. High job security. Working hours is flexible however it depends upon the project you're working on.
Salary increments are very less. The only option to get higher hike percentage is to definitely switch the job. For those who work in 24/7 shifts, the shift allowance is very low.

Job Security is excellent . Management is helping .Not Good For fresher .
Hike , promotion . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our. Issues. Salary is less for fresher. Career growth is slow . Bond of 2 years for fresher.
The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a lot in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team.

It has good work-life balance,and one gets opportunities to grow and learn. We get free cab service and complimentary snacks and food for shift employees. The managers (in my current project ) are really supportive and help in resolving all issues.
Once we are on bench, the bench manager,HR and learning representatives don’t support much.They don’t even reply until it’s very end of the bench period just to show bare minimum effort. The appraisals since the merger with Mindtree have been really low and it’s a bit demoralising.

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.
There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.
