It has good work-life balance,and one gets opportunities to grow and learn. We get free cab service and complimentary snacks and food for shift employees. The managers (in my current project ) are really supportive and help in resolving all issues.

Dislikes

Once we are on bench, the bench manager,HR and learning representatives don’t support much.They don’t even reply until it’s very end of the bench period just to show bare minimum effort. The appraisals since the merger with Mindtree have been really low and it’s a bit demoralising.

Leave Policy-You can not avail one day sick leave. Minimum 3 days with Medical Certificate. Salaray They will hire you and keep on bench after your bench ageing is 120 days they will ask for separation as a lateral joiner and if you onboared and after few days you offboarded then its 60 days and then hr will connect you for separation Very few project opportunities If you were on bench you have to go to office 5 days a week....Read More

The pay structure is neither according to the experience level nor the market level for the experience / application we work on. Also, criteria considered for pay hike are many. Secondly, its mandatory for a person to come and work in office over weekend when it necessitates to avail a comp off, which otherwise are considered as not eligible for applying for comp off. This is very much wrong as not all employees can come to office to support on weekend and if any urgent cases we support from home. HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.

There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.
