What can I possibly say? In simple words, I owe everything to Lisa Home Solutions. I have worked on multiple profiles here and if I have to put in words, then my journey in this company will be simply a dream. I got hired based on my skills, and then I was given chances after chances to rise as per my capability. The best thing about LHS and Lisa Network is that today you could be working on lower level jobs like a beginner and tomorrow you might be working on an ambitious project with the senior management. Ofcourse, the Covid situation in 2020 created a lot of issues for all the employees, but the company took real good care of all of us. While my peers and friends were losing jobs across India, Lisa Home Solutions assured that we get our job secured but with a commitment that we all should skill up. There have been nights where we all worked late to ensure that we meet customers' expectations and there have been days where we all sat down together and had fun. There is a management structure and we all follow it, but the moment you face any issue or you commit a mistake, everyone helps you to solve it. Salary, payments and compensation- Till now, I haven't faced any issue with it. Company expects you to be professional and time efficient with your reports and if you are disciplined, you get your salary on time. If you overachieve your targets, you have compensations ready for you. Not that I can possibly think of right now. The management itself is quite commited to introspect and improve it's functioning, regularly. Would love to have more coffee parties for sure.

The way of utilising or using employees for their own sake without payment.

They never give salary on time, 15-20/days of delay every month If they will pay..will pay 50% and 50% after 10-15 days They never provide convenience reimbursement. Every time they use to say other companies in market are not good to work. They use to ask for work on week off. If employee will take leave on week off they will ask to come office for urgent meeting and their will be no meeting anymore and then they will say "office aagye ho to kaam kr lo" or if they will see you hanging outside even on weekoff they will make taunt of that of No responsibility of work. Their is only innovation of the idea how to get money from the people and nothing. Every employee of company leaves the company in 2 months maximum.
