I was with LHS for 16 months and the journey has not been any less than a rollercoaster. Full of challenges, great exposure, varied roles, amazing learnings and great mentorship. I am greatful for a the support and opportunities I was offered in LHS.

Don't trust Them They Won't Tell you about there hidden policies about and when you leave the organisation they will tell you about there so called rule that you have to pay double charges for you single leave and in other hand there are many landlords are there who trust them and are using their service but they dont even pay them regularly there are about 80 % landlords are there who have lacs of payment in lisa home solution when they ask for many they give a so called payback plan and dont even stick to that if you are working with LHS you will receive call from money rather than services and not only from landlords you will get calls from vendors to for their payment for work they have done and accounts department not received the call and not cll back bad experience no body call received specifically account department...Read More

Fake company. There is no job security. I have worked with Lisa Home for 2 months. And from my in-hand salary without informing they have deducted my 4k PF and which is not been transferred yet to my PF account. In month of Feb I left the job because they played with my salary. Worst company I have ever seen till now.

They make people fool. Director give to much pressure to the employee and say if you didn't complete the target we will remove you from the company

Fake company, payment of candidate are done on working hours no fix sallary. And sallary deduction are so much that owner has no money to pay to employees. And all the sallary deduction is done by owner itself. No system. So much pressure. Rude owner. From 1st day of joining targets are given above 2 lacs. Bakwas company hai kuch professional nai hai, sabb kuch owner ke anusar chalta hai. Fake company. Owner has no manners to talk with employees. No job gurantee. Many employees are been removed even at 1st week of joining. While interview owner will talk so nicely and after joining so rude and no shift timing he tell employees to work for 12 hrs even at night for meetings....Read More

What can I possibly say? In simple words, I owe everything to Lisa Home Solutions. I have worked on multiple profiles here and if I have to put in words, then my journey in this company will be simply a dream. I got hired based on my skills, and then I was given chances after chances to rise as per my capability. The best thing about LHS and Lisa Network is that today you could be working on lower level jobs like a beginner and tomorrow you might be working on an ambitious project with the senior management. Ofcourse, the Covid situation in 2020 created a lot of issues for all the employees, but the company took real good care of all of us. While my peers and friends were losing jobs across India, Lisa Home Solutions assured that we get our job secured but with a commitment that we all should skill up. There have been nights where we all worked late to ensure that we meet customers' expectations and there have been days where we all sat down together and had fun. There is a management structure and we all follow it, but the moment you face any issue or you commit a mistake, everyone helps you to solve it. Salary, payments and compensation- Till now, I haven't faced any issue with it. Company expects you to be professional and time efficient with your reports and if you are disciplined, you get your salary on time. Lisa Home exactly feels like Home, gives you a homely vibe but apart from a homely vibe you need to be way to efficient and effective at whatever work you do. From the very beginning everyone has been so supportive and helpful. Work culture is pretty much cool if you complete your target at given time, nothing goes unnoticed your hard-work is definitely appreciated and complimented, in short it is recognized by the entire team. Nothing. Salary is given based on your hours of work even if you are a full time employee. And that too 50-50. CEO/manager will harass you mentally over call and then will say he was joking.

Will call you and say "we work 24*7 for 7 days a week and you are getting a week off which you don't even deserve" and then makes you work till midnight and then also you are being told that the work you do can be done by his daughter/son. Management doesn't listen. Accounts don't know the answers to the questions we ask. If spokenback to manager at 11pm saying you were sleeping and will continue the work tomorrow, he will make you sleep the whole day tomorrow and will harass you mentally by saying he will outsource the work and no need for you to continue the work. No fixed timings. You have a team but you will be made fun of if you ask to get in touch with the team. CEO uses slang and abuses while on call. No way of talking. No offer letter given and will make you roam behind them for 3-4 months after leaving for an experience letter. Forget about the pending salary....Read More
