Responsibilities

• Sales & Closing Skills - Demonstrates strong negotiation skills. Successfully closes deals independently. Builds rapport & handles objections effectively
• Lead Generation - Consistently generates high-quality leads . Maintains an active pipeline of prospects. Effective follow-ups and nurturing of leads
• Market & Product Knowledge - Provides accurate and relevant real estate insights . Understands legal aspects and pricing trends. Educates clients on investment potential
