Digital Marketing Specialist For Real Estate

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, brand building, and driving sales for our real estate projects, especially luxury vacation homes and office spaces. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Oversee SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
• Set up and monitor lead generation funnels and CRM integration for effective lead nurturing.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage Youtube channels of the company

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.)
• 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or high-ticket product industries.
• Proficiency in running paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate marketing or property sales lead generation.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Video marketing experience on YouTube.
