Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will beresponsible for day-to-day tasks associated with digital marketing, includingsocial media marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. The role will involve planning and executingmarketing initiatives along with digital agencies to drive brand awareness andcustomer engagement.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaignsincluding Email, WhatsApp
- The role also involves utilising email &WhatsApp marketing software and continuously optimising campaigns for maximumengagement and conversion.
Collaborate & Point of Contact for all Digital Agencies to
- Design, build, and maintain our socialmedia presence
- SEO , SEM & ASO
- Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies
- Identify trends and insights and optimizespend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize strong analytical ability toevaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customertouch points
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaignsand assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and data-driventhinking
- Experience in setting up and optimizing GoogleAdWords campaigns
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (GoogleAnalytics & Search Console)
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Excellent written communication skills
