Higher Management people here focuses only on their personal growth and amenities. Basically this office is fully of nepotism beneficiaries and hence people recruited from outside are unable to excel professionally. Right from CTO, COO to Associate level there are about 80% people in office who are either relatives, neighbors or childhood family friends.

Dislikes

Management does not believe in individuality and professionalism, they always thinks on personal front and family based matters. Never treats employees as per their talent and enthusiasm. Office is full of management boot lickers just to safeguard their jobs. There are no benefits like insurance, PF, Gratuity, even snacks or food facility. Only come to office work and go.

Work Details

I always enter the office with a positive mood and good feeling but as soon as i start getting the people around me who just wants their own safety and do not think about others work i get annoyed and frustrated.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
