Mostly the Appriasal for staff is being done in a transparent and professional manner, but in few cases partiality is shown to certain staff by boosting their acheivements intentionally and elevating to next level. Once in 3-4 years, Roles, Responsibility and reporting shall be changed for better oppurtunity to all. Opportunities are good for people who have interests. If you are ready to take additional responsibility, supports from the bosses will be excellent. Good training for decision making and management. Good environment for learning.

Dislikes

Could have better if the work life balance is maintained. Also, there should be better choices offered to the employees in terms of perks given them to them.

Job security and some policies for employees are good. Exposure to various departments is also ensured as much as possible through job rotation. Some seniors really encourage and help in learning new things and experimenting ideas. Work environment in most departments is good.

Dislikes

Growth is a little staggered generally unless in exceptional cases. Appraisal system can also be enhanced to be fairer.
