Dislikes

No work life balance, promotion based on manager and they promote only based on personal relationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

A favouritism towards those who the manager likes. Even though they are not part of the billable project, but still receive awards, promotion and nice salary hikes etc. It would be best not to join the ICM team. Your experience and skills are not matter in front of the bully gang. Ultimately, the manager only hears what they have to say and enjoy their worst concepts or ideas.
