Overall company culture, job security is good. You get ample amount of options to improve your soft skills. Overall management is good, but many of the policies are inclined towards the organisation rather than balancing employees and organisation.

Dislikes

1) The payscale is very less. Even in the appraisal barely 5-7% increament is given which doesn't even beat inflation. 2) Difficult to maintain work-life balance 3) Officially working hours are 9:30 hrs, but seldom we work for those many hrs it is always 10:30-11hrs a day 4) Notice period of 90 days, they want others to join within 30 days, but doesn't allow their employees to leave before 90 days 5) Few managers are really harsh and completely unsupportive in career growth and upskilling...Read More
