Dislikes

Bad Appraisal system. Sycophancy Culture almost equivalent to any Govt. Company. Oversized HR team underperforming their assigned duties.

Too much depend on clients, if client ask you to touch sky manager will ask then later on force you to meet expectations, sorry exceed expectations. That is not good. Everyday 9 hours billing is compulsory, out of 9.5 working hours, building is of 8 floor if we just go up and down in lift it require more than 37 minutes, so you must forget work life balance.

Worst ever in my 10 years journey, But I will not complain for whole LTTS, as my project was not upto mark.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
