They recruit new people without having proper vision, projection and planning. Health insurance policy are not on par with other companies in market. Should be cautious while discussing with HR about salary.

Is it good to take a little salary cut in order to have a stable job and growth option? Currently, I am not seeing any growth in terms of learning in my current organization, but the offer which I am getting is paying less but there are a lot of opportunities and growth options also a job stability for the next 2-3 years..
