Work domain is excellent and can learn more,it is a good organization for beginners

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

salary hike will not be more than 5% for last 4 years,Appriaisal is for just namesake, Corporate politics is at its peak, Religion and regional factors are more, There is no friendly HR people and they won't help you at any circumstances.there is no work life balance.

Work Details

Work domain and learning is excellent,apart from this nothing else,team mates are not coperative,only top guns can survive with politics.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Is it good to take a little salary cut in order to have a stable job and growth option? Currently, I am not seeing any growth in terms of learning in my current organization, but the offer which I am getting is paying less but there are a lot of opportunities and growth options also a job stability for the next 2-3 years..
