non consistent projects, most of the workforce is working since many years. And they have developed artitude of justifying delays and not working seriously. Time pass time is high among employees. favoritism exist in giving US visa or onsite opportunities. Managers lie to members about promotion and onsite opportunities just to retain employees. I have learn how to not be a manager in Lnt. I quit within 1.2 years. And took a break. Dis language course and moved abroad easily. Dont waste your time here if you are a north indian . Exit before its too late.and yeah pennies hike is stregth for quitting....Read More

Changed 4 projects within a year. 4 managers . 4 managers rating and a hike of 500 rupees. dont think that i was not productive. i got onsite opportunity directly from linkedin.
