Weird policies, poor HR management You can't claim HRA unless you have a rental agreement and rent receipt which needs to be submitted every year! Whereas the government allow you to have Tax benefits upto 1 lakh per annum without any rental agreement. work life balance sucks especially when you are in shared delivery model and in 24/7 support. Even though there is rotational shifts it's just for name sake. People don't hesitate to call and bother you even during your day off's to get things done. They pay you for 9 hours but expect you to work more than that everyday....Read More
