I hold an offer from Kyndryl and Skill mine Technologies. Similar package. Skill mine wants to join on (22 April) a week before my offer at Kyndryl (28 April) Skill mine has client side work, already shared an onboarding process with me and Kyndryl has not yet started the formalities. I am a full stack developer with 3 yrs of experience and my role will be in dotnet core, angular, react, and SharePoint at both the places. Please help me make the right decision Or guide me.
