I was working as a Technical Support Representative in Kyndryl. I was here for only 6months. The work culture is very toxic. I was in Amex team. People here don’t have humanity. There is no work life balance. People are very rude to each other. I was not given breaks on time, we had to beg the team lead and manager for breaks. Resulted in major health issues, hence quit this job
