If you are a junior in your team, everything, every work you have to do. If you ask any seniors they will just tell you back to do the work. They will make you feel YOU ARE THE JUNIOR, YOU SHOULD DO ALL THE WORK, IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH WORK YOU ARE DOING, IF YOU ARE FRUSTRATED ALSO YOU CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. There will be no oneto listen your shit.. people will log in attend the meetings discuss the daily work and then go to lunch dinner breakfast or god knows where. But if you have any important thing to do or you need leave you have to explain every one everything because you are a junior. If you ask any senior to do anything ( no matter you know or don’t know the thing) they will ask you back to do it but they will never take responsibility. I had the best team ever. Throughout the journey at kyndryl, my team lead was very supportive. It's really hard to get people like all of them. I had got a chance to work with very knowledgeable people. I hope to work with kyndryl again in future.

Pay scale is not so competitive. Hikes and promotion is very slow or near to none.

Overall Average . WFH facility is there but for not so long. Meet very free good people. Learnt some things and great experience.

Not any allowance or other facilities . Not any cab facility . Please do not expect any Holiday. They expect you work for 24 Hrs. in a day.

Good work life balance, no pressure for wfo, and multiple learning growth of you go under a good lead and manager

From 2024 the company is seeing some layoffs, sudden closing of operations in certain countries, very low or no hikes appraisals, this very much uncertainty about the job security

Its transparency in employee policies. Its zeal to drive the learning culture and provide the existing employees to upskill and move to their choice of domain is commendable.

Dislikes

Though the internal movement opportunities are present, we find it difficult to get in as they expect experience and with the new upskilling the individual lags in it.

i really liked the work culture and skill development in the kyndryl.

promotion as per other company policy after 3 years we automatically get promoted to next level , and here we only get promoted if any of the employee with the next level resigned then we replace them or we need to shift to other different project for promotion which is worst part. I hope management look into this policy .

The companies culture is infiltrated with people who were there in the parent organisation for about 25-35 years which has declined the quality of the work. They build things for their growth and are least bothered about the company's progress. These people in the top management and responsible for the lack of growth of other invididuals.

Employee centric Good for female employees as well Learning opportunities Management at least listens to your issues. The communication is always two ways here. Good Health policy and term policy. Allowances. If you work hard, that is acknowledged.

Kyndryl is people oriented and offers a great place to work, my experience with managers was always fantastic and they treat with respect. There is also a culture of innovation where you can bring your ideas to limelight and even patent them. Leadership is also friendly and open minded

I kind of like all aspects but for the sake of the same I would call out you may not always be able to work on the most modern technologies always because it depends on the clients infrastructure and systems
