i really liked the work culture and skill development in the kyndryl.
promotion as per other company policy after 3 years we automatically get promoted to next level , and here we only get promoted if any of the employee with the next level resigned then we replace them or we need to shift to other different project for promotion which is worst part. I hope management look into this policy .

The ease of working with the team is good
Salaries need to be in Par with the industry, also we have been only looking at certifications to address the skill gap in the last one year so there is no opportunity for other certifications. Promotions have not been happening in regular cycles, we have approvals from account teams for progressions however the % of promotions at each of the business units are very less and this is bringing in lot of dissatisfaction amongst top performers. The idea of Flat, Fast & Focus is not really being followed, there are still many approvals required even for the smallest requirement. We are not working as one kyndryl, each business unit has its own policies for eg - utilization targets are different, resource allocations are again based on different markets and makes it very difficult for movement between markets, the affordability ID should be completely removed to ensure we have good resource movements and opportunities....Read More
