I have not got any promotion in the last 7 years. Also there are not many projects. I am struggling to find myself a different project.

I am grateful to Kyndryl for guiding me on my learning journey. The CSR activities motivated me to engage and contribute to society. The companies culture is infiltrated with people who were there in the parent organisation for about 25-35 years which has declined the quality of the work. They build things for their growth and are least bothered about the company's progress. These people in the top management and responsible for the lack of growth of other invididuals.

Kyndryl is people oriented and offers a great place to work, my experience with managers was always fantastic and they treat with respect. There is also a culture of innovation where you can bring your ideas to limelight and even patent them. Leadership is also friendly and open minded

I kind of like all aspects but for the sake of the same I would call out you may not always be able to work on the most modern technologies always because it depends on the clients infrastructure and systems

Fast and focused approach everywhere, lots of newer things and innovation. Leadership support on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out.
