Origination is nice but manger of Tele sales lead and team lead very bad

I stated my career in June 25 in this origination and I was working very hard to achieve my targets and sudden when my probation period coming to end my manger and team lead started playing politics with me their are lots of agent who gives 100 percent to achive the target and such waste manger and team leads plays a game to remove from the origination guys I suggest not to join this origination .
