Reporting to: Underwriting / company Secretary
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented andproficient individual to join our team as an Executive - Tender. The idealcandidate will have strong experience in MS Office, excellent typing skills,and fluency in both English and Hindi. The role involves collating tenders,understanding their content, and preparing comprehensive reports for theReporting Manager within the specified turnaround time. The candidate should beflexible for travel and ensure all tasks are completed within the giventimelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and review all tender documents.
- Understand the content of tenders and prepare detailed reports.
- Submit reports to the Reporting Manager within the turnaround time.
- Ensure all tasks are completed and adhere to the specified timelines.
- Be flexible and available for travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent reading, speaking, and writing skills in both English and Hindi.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
