Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented andexperienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will beresponsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces forinternal and external users that enhance user experience across our digitalproducts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including productmanagers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the seamless integrationof design and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolioshowcasing user-centred design solutions and possess excellent communicationskills.
KeyResponsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user needsand behaviours.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flowsto communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather andevaluate user requirements.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensureconsistency across products.
Stay updated on industry trends andincorporate best practices into design processes.
Iterate designs based on user feedback andusability testing.
Work closely with developers to implement andrefine designs during the development process.
Advocate for the user throughout the productdevelopment lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements
More than 2 years of experience as a UXDesigner or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range ofUX/UI design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch,Figma, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centred designprinciples and methodologies.
Excellent collaboration and communicationskills.
Ability to effectively present and justifydesign decisions to cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of front-end developmenttechnologies is a plus.
Bachelordegree in design, Human-ComputerInteraction, or a related field.
