Job Purpose
To act as nodal officer and monitor policies and areas that are vulnerable to anti selection including prevention, detection, and investigation

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
To detect early suspicious cases at new business login stage for all line of business
To provide insights and learning from adverse cases to strengthen proactive detection of frauds
To create risk guidelines to mitigate adverse selection risk and create work flow with different stakeholders
To review existing control environment and assess effectiveness against known frauds
To develop analytics related to Fraud/misrepresentation Dashboard
To conduct investigation/enquiry of cases
To prepare detailed Investigation Reports.
To conduct field visits as per need of investigation/enquiry.
To liaise with all departments/sections of Bank to accumulate the information/data.
To liaise with external offices/Govt. offices/police/authorities for fraud investigation
Collaborate with IIB and industry for fraud related matters
To facilitate Fraud Risk Management Committee

Qualifications
MBA/CA/Engineers
Experience
At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in Fraud Risk control management
Base Skills
Understanding of organizational systems, processes and products
Functional Competencies
Risk Prevention and Detection: understanding of field risk in agri insurance domain
Regulatory knowledge: conversant with field risk, detection capability and investigation process
Analytical skills: conversant with risk analytics
Behavioural Competencies
Executive excellence
Collaboration
