Job Description

Job Purpose

To act as nodal officer and monitor policies and areas that are vulnerable to anti selection including prevention, detection, and investigation

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Define field enterprise risk management framework and roadmap for the organization

Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment and reporting, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting and implementing effective mechanism which enforces monitoring and testing of controls

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key risks, including operational, financial, regulatory, reputational, and strategic

Leverage data to define key risk indicators (KRIs), ensuring precise risk evaluations and monitoring mitigation efforts for continuous improvement

Monitor performance of KRI against management approved thresholds and report breaches to CRO and risk committee

Undertake timely period review of Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) exercise.

Establishing robust monitoring mechanisms such as Early Warning Signals, Real-time monitoring,

Ensure timely and accurate risk reporting of information to the relevant

Risk monitoring of Portfolio across the products

Risk analytics and implementation of ERM solution

Oversee/track risk incidents, liase with business for RCA, resolution with corrective and preventive action plan, report updates regarding OR incidents to CRO and risk committee

Job Requirements

Qualifications

MBA/CA/Engineers

Experience

At least 12-16 years of relevant experience Enterprise Risk management

Base Skills

Understanding of organizational systems, processes and products

Risk Management: knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000)

Regulatory knowledge

Analytical skills: conversant with risk analytics

Behavioural Competencies

Executive excellence/Business Acumen/Strategic Thinking

Collaboration
