Job Description
Role Overview
As a Platform/Backend ProductManager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development andoptimization of our website, internal operation panels and reports &dashboards. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design,build, and enhance platforms that drive operational efficiency and supportdata-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of the product roadmapand communicating the product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals andmarket needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding developers, engineers, and designers to drive the development andimplementation of website and backend features and systems.
Define and prioritize product features andenhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business objectives.
Contribute to the creation of user stories,wireframes, and prototypes to enhance product usability and performance.
Conduct regular assessments of backendperformance, scalability, and reliability, making recommendations forimprovements when necessary.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies or toolsthat enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor product performance and user feedback toidentify areas for improvement and inform future development.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelordegree in Business, Engineering,Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3 years of experience in product management,with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
Strong technical background with knowledge ofbackend technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
Excellent communication skills to conveytechnical insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectivelyacross teams.
Experience working in an Agile developmentenvironment and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, AzureDevOps
Excellent analytical and problem-solvingabilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel.
Strong user experience and design sensibilityand familiarity with design tools like Figma
