The Product Manager is an integral part of the product management process, owning the planning, development, and enhancement of one or more of the companys products lines to meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences. This person will be responsible for managing the Enterprise supplier platform at C2FO. Working closely with engineering, UX, business intelligence, and stakeholder teams, they define product roadmaps, conduct market research, and oversee execution. Product Managers wear many hats, offering an opportunity to grow within the organization.
Essential Duties:
Own and drive C2FO s product strategy for Funnel Optimization Team in alignment with the marketing team.
Create and maintain a 12-month product roadmap for owned features that prioritizes features, enhancements, and new product initiatives based on market demand and customer needs.
Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria at the user story and epic level to guide product development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts and ensure successful product launches.
Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, including defining product requirements and coordinating with engineering teams during development.
Continuously monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and gather user feedback to drive improvements and inform future iterations.
Create and maintain product documentation outlining up-to-date functionality for easy reference.
Manage the software release process and conduct team demos after each release.
React to and help triage on-call and operational tickets, addressing issues promptly.
Conduct regular stakeholder reviews to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Basic understanding of software application concepts (databases, APIs, frontend/backend, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, and Confluence.
Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully delivering and managing products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred background in financial services, B2B product management, or Supply Chain Finance.
Experience in managing a network effect based B2B fintech product.
