Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion to excel, innovate and the ability to drive product development from concept to launch. As a Product Coordinator at SAS ONE, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.

Product Strategy: Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure all communications reflect company values and respect
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed task and project documentation, regularly update progress in Excel sheets, and document and report any issues or defects.
Agile Methodology: Lead agile product development processes, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct exploratory testing to identify defects, and ensure stable test environments across platforms.
Training and Improvement: Conduct training sessions for team members on tools and processes, and periodically update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on feedback.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software or data analytics industry.

Education: Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Technical Knowledge:
Understanding software development, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Proficiency in tools (e.g., Jira, Word, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Skype)
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Familiarity with API integration, and knowledge of version control and backup procedures.
