Skills learning, oppertunities, cooperative management, good office culture, freedom in work etc

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal is very low compared to work, employee polotics infulences management, work process is not good(they have started process analysis recently to clear this)

Great satisfaction in work level, but went out only because of poor salary policies.

I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
