Since it is a start-up you get to learn on your own. So it is a good thing as well as bad....since no one has any knowledge on thing...you don't get to know whatever you have learned is right way or wrong way.

Dislikes

1. Keeps meeting always outside of office hours to make sure the employee stays late 2. Terminates you for asking 2 compensatary leave ( that is earned after working on holidays) 3. flexible working hours = come at 9.30am sharp leave not before 8pm. 4. Only those employees are good who updates them on other employee's information, leading to toxic work enviroment. 5. No growth opportunity as there is no proper management of projects. nor employees 6. Both founders take their hand out when anything in project goes wrong. No leadership quality shown....Read More

Great start for freshers. You will be getting to work directly in live projects from Day 1. I got to interact with clients and understand dev cycle, QA cycle, deployment and release cycles from 1st project itself. I got to contribute to architecture as well from 2nd project onwards.

Dislikes

Work is challenging, so I had to spent some extra time during the initial days. Time management became easy later.
