Since it is a start-up you get to learn on your own. So it is a good thing as well as bad....since no one has any knowledge on thing...you don't get to know whatever you have learned is right way or wrong way.

1. Keeps meeting always outside of office hours to make sure the employee stays late 2. Terminates you for asking 2 compensatary leave ( that is earned after working on holidays) 3. flexible working hours = come at 9.30am sharp leave not before 8pm. 4. Only those employees are good who updates them on other employee's information, leading to toxic work enviroment. 5. while my interview process the person name Mayukh was totaly rude and misbehaved. In every talk he was say you were asking this much ctc. After working with him i realised that it is not the good place to work. selfish person and alway demotivate you.

Micro Managing, the management are in client meetings just to collect money, don't take responsibility for one's own selfish behaviour, projects get into trouble because they dont take a serious decision.none of their projects are working fine..they just do temporary things without looking for things from future as well as clients prespective. They don't even provide us holidays or work from home even if we are in serious problem. They increase the probation time period without even informing....Read More

Great start for freshers. You will be getting to work directly in live projects from Day 1. I got to interact with clients and understand dev cycle, QA cycle, deployment and release cycles from 1st project itself. I got to contribute to architecture as well from 2nd project onwards.

Dislikes

Work is challenging, so I had to spent some extra time during the initial days. Time management became easy later.
