The HR operations here is worst I have ever seen in my 14 years career through different companies. The HR here delays almost all the HR related work specially payment related work. Whether it may be Appraisals, Full and final settlement, compensation to employees who have been laid off due to process closure or reduction in business. I have received my full and final settlement (which did not include my compensation amount as I was laid off due to process ramp down) after almost 5 month with repeated follow ups which was supposed to be recived within 45 days from LWD. It is 7 months now I am still waiting for my compensation amount to be received and still following up with the HR team...Read More

KM has come leaps and bounds in regards to policies, employee satisfaction, worklife balance in last year or so. Its an excellent learning hub for new comers and provides satisfactory infrastructure to go with it. Management is open to ideas & suggestions of the employees.

Dislikes

Everything that was not in favour of employees has been addressed by highly appreciated Management team.

Such a terrible experience with this company. First of all they they make you work on Saturdays and Sundays also and then they fire employees at any time and after that they don't even pay their due salaries. Such a pathetic management
