There is a period of lean season where you will be sitting idle and in busy season you have to work for more than 10-12 hours.

HR is waste and hopeless. HR will not give replies on time. They will never give you your worth. You will feel uncomfortable with HR while talking and they will not agree on your decision and opinions. People are not skilled, every time they ask questions from juniors. Good work life balance, If you get to work with good managers your experience will be good otherwise it's average.

Dislikes

No salary hike no good bonus, like it feels you are working for TCS. Big 4's are not that good they are same as other MNC's. Politics is there which is bad. Other compensations also aren't that great. There are little to none career growth 📈. Sadly you will remain in same position for countless years. Apart from Work Life Balance nothing extraordinary.

There’s a lot of politics going on at KRCPL, if you are on the good books of management than only you’ll be considered for promotions otherwise even your job is at risk all the time. Also most of their work came from UK so they prefer ACCA for promotions and everything else. All in all not a great place to work at

There is no focus on skill development of the people. Also as the company is filled with employees who have been sitting in their confort zones , they are afraid to come up with new ideas and avert to change. Thus new blood that joins the firm are sidelined and made to leave ghe company
