HR is waste and hopeless. HR will not give replies on time. They will never give you your worth. You will feel uncomfortable with HR while talking and they will not agree on your decision and opinions. People are not skilled, every time they ask questions from juniors. Good work life balance, If you get to work with good managers your experience will be good otherwise it's average.

Dislikes

No salary hike no good bonus, like it feels you are working for TCS. Big 4's are not that good they are same as other MNC's. Politics is there which is bad. Other compensations also aren't that great. There are little to none career growth 📈. Sadly you will remain in same position for countless years. Apart from Work Life Balance nothing extraordinary.

Work culture in some departments is worst it is only a word of mouth, none of five values are followed, opinions are hand in gloves, no proper justification, lot of biasness. They will prove ultimately they are right others are wrong which is a very sad part, people management is bad.
