I think overall it's a very good working environment which includes work life balance, work type, appraisal process etc.

Dislikes

I think manager and above life is difficult here due to the expectation in both chargeable and non chargeable role and it's on individual to strike balance between these.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
