Only thing that it's a known brand name and when you say "you work in KPMG", people feel happy about you.

Dislikes

KPMG is full of diplomatic, selfish & self-centered senior management who control HR and eventually your growth. If you become victim of politics, you have to sulk inside and have to face dire consequences in your career. Only those team members get acknowledgement, increments, bonus, leaves, respect, growth....who are able to portray themselves as good team members. In my view KPMG seriously needs to do review happiness of it's employees as only few are actually enjoying the brand....Read More

Work Details

Joined KPMG in April2018 as Associate Senior Secretary with reporting/supporting to Partner cum National Head of IGH S&O team, 1 more partner, 1ED, 2Director & their respective team. All wanted dedicated support from shared resource but never appreciated.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
