I'm experiencing a lack of work-life balance due to constant pressure from management to meet targets, similar to a salesperson. Although I'm working on the prestigious Honda project, unfortunately, the company's higher management has a narrow mindset, which is disappointing. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before joining this project

Most of Projects are lifetime projects, so if one is looking for job security KPIT is good option.

Dislikes

Some Management people , especially working KPIT Project Managers working in DENSO project are very rude. And don't have ethics how to behave with employees. No scope of learning new things. Appraisals are very less.. Also don't join such Projects as very much Micro Management is there. And you are not awarded for your efforts.

They have only mediocre level work and you can't complaint to your manager about work satisfaction he will not consider it and if you poke hime 3-4 time you will see effect in appraisals etc. Pathetic culture in Honda Project. Literally I can see some fake reviews posted by kpit hr and team to boost ther rating on this platform. If the project is good experience and exposure can be achieved but it's is always shadowed by politics

The list is very long They force everyone to be in office Truth to improve office culture but they don't have enough infrastructure to accommodate all prj. Literally the odc is shared by 3 projects and the alternate ther wfo 2 days a week . Pathetic work life balance. Politics favouritism are at its peak. Hr are just for show they don't work if we ask for any help regarding policy they be like we don't know will get back to you and they never revert even after multiple followups. They keep activities no, So call group or fun activities are done for hr team itself and is shown as it's whole company is participating. It's kind a narcissist HR bay they are there own world.
