Even after joining the company via employee referral they didn’t assign project for first 70 days and on 72nd day told me its my last day with KPIT as i didn’t complete some internal training. And in the market they have reputation of being product company but its service bases organization specialised in automotive.

No hike, appraisal is just for name sake, only around 4-5%. Nothing matches with an MNC, its only in the name. Work pressure and learning will be depending on the project. No benefits, i wont recommend this company to anyone

Micromanagement in some of the projects. Work life balance is little difficult as management forces to complete 9 hrs a day in office. I thought they had a flexible timings. Some of the projects are really worst managed.

If you are fresher then don’t join this organisation. No hike for freshers and rating system is very bad the person who is not a part of your project will give the rating blindly . Hr and management will not consider your single thing if you joined as a fresher here and if you joined as experience then they will keep you on their head.
