Even after joining the company via employee referral they didn’t assign project for first 70 days and on 72nd day told me its my last day with KPIT as i didn’t complete some internal training. And in the market they have reputation of being product company but its service bases organization specialised in automotive.

You will got learn a lot from training as a fresher

Dislikes

Everything is bad, the training manager is worst she will not talk to you politely or make things understand to you. If you have any doubt and you ask her she will like if you are ok with that do otherwise termination letter is ready. No job security, anytime they will terminate you without any reason. Not good for freshers

No job security, No work life Balance Less hike People not getting the time to understand the work environment and project. Because PIP have been raised for newly joined members (less than 3 month) and Freshers . Not recommended for Management people, work load is more. Less annual leave

KPIT is in good direction for Automotive software related technologies. People from Software background have good career at KPIT.

Dislikes

Some managers forcing employees to work all days even there is no project requirement and company already have hybrid working policy (I am talking about Mechanical design related projects). Traffic and phase 3 location is not worth working at KPIT (If someone forces all days a week working).

No management rather mismanaged. Learning curve is zero. No work life balance. Projects are always running in urgent and emergency mode. Technical leads have no clarity of what they are doing. All is based on favouritism. Long run there is no career growth. It’s good to get offer for market correction,beyond that KPIT is not best place to work and grow.

Literally I can see some fake reviews posted by kpit hr and team to boost ther rating on this platform. If the project is good experience and exposure can be achieved but it's is always shadowed by politics

The list is very long They force everyone to be in office Truth to improve office culture but they don't have enough infrastructure to accommodate all prj. Literally the odc is shared by 3 projects and the alternate ther wfo 2 days a week . Pathetic work life balance. Politics favouritism are at its peak. Hr are just for show they don't work if we ask for any help regarding policy they be like we don't know will get back to you and they never revert even after multiple followups. They keep activities no, So call group or fun activities are done for hr team itself and is shown as it's whole company is participating. It's kind a narcissist HR bay they are there own world.
