The Senior Manager of KPIT Talent Acquisition Group Mr.Rakesh Prasad was a worst guy. He doesn't have manners how to speak with others. This guy Mr.Rakesh Prasad used to insult everyone deliberately.

Don't Join Honda Project. If you are looking to deep diving into technology then KPIT is NOT the company for you. They have only mediocre level work and you can't complaint to your manager about work satisfaction he will not consider it and if you poke hime 3-4 time you will see effect in appraisals etc. Pathetic culture in Honda Project. No time for logout. Weekend working. Manager can call anytime even in night. 14-16hrs of working.
