Thanks for the feedback. We are making efforts to improve employee well-being. We want our employees to have a long and fruitful career at KPI and we are disappointed to hear about your experiences. We release salary to employees on the last day of the month or max by the 2nd day of next month and this is the very first time in the history appraisal got delayed by months like other big companies due to some uncertain circumstances. We value our employees and will continue our efforts to make KPI a better place to work. We believe in promoting an open culture at KPI and encourage you to discuss your expectations with your Manager/HR and we will try our best to meet them. We always work on initiatives based on employee feedback and have been providing the best-in-class industry perks and facilities. We are reintroducing many employee engagement activities. We recently conducted a few events like a corporate family outing, a stand-up comedy show, monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition awards, and a music festival. At monthly AHM we celebrate birthday celebrations and much more. At KPI we believe in doing everything that makes it well worth the time, effort, and dedication of its employees. If you have issues with the project/manager you can voice out, we hope you might have seen folks doing that and got better results. We also acknowledge the opportunity provided to showcase your skills, although we understand that it may not happen consistently. Regarding the concern about very few projects and the lack of projects that match employees' skillsets, we understand the frustration it can cause. It's important to note that project availability can be influenced by various factors such as client demands, market trends, and project timelines. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may not have immediate projects that align perfectly with every employee's skillset. However, we would like to emphasize that we actively encourage our employees to learn new technologies and expand their skillsets. By doing so, we aim to enhance their versatility and increase the chances of finding suitable projects in the future. We provide resources, training programs, and support for employees who wish to acquire new skills or upgrade their existing ones. In line with this, we are committed to supporting our employees in their professional development journey. We understand that career growth and project alignment are essential aspects of job satisfaction, and we continuously strive to improve in these areas. Job security is very good and managers and management look after employees through thick and thin, we also extend support to our employees during bereavement, and maternity/paternity leaves. Employees are free to discuss their issues or any feedback with the HR team. Check-In and Check-Out are for those employees who work remotely. We are making efforts to improve employee well-being and it is great to see that our efforts aren’t going unnoticed. Thank you for staying positive!
