Here there is no career growth people are getting promoted with less performance card and high rated employees are not being promoted ..there is no constant policy for career growth ..compensation is below the industry ..Salary are not being upgraded with grade promotion

Nothing to like. Worst company with worst management. I have never worked in a company so toxic that I wanted to leave in 2 months.

Work life balance. My manager said this and I quote "Workday is not over at 6.30 PM, it's over after you finish the work, be it 12 at night". The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span. Policies change if you are manager favourite. Work from home is not allowed but if you are a** licker then it is allowed. Zero understanding of technology. Employee home loan facility for staff at lesser rate of interest ....nearly 50% less rest is ok ok

Mangers gives example other teams are asked to work on Sunday's and sometime extended working hours .....Which somewhere it disturbs work life balance... Salary hike is average and bonus depends on work

Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst place for working, highly pressure from senior level , branch manager abusing to employees, if you not able to serve business they told why are you living you should be dead , one day not do business any time they call to meet with area manager till 9pm , they scold and no support from supervisor full politics no meaning of team work supervisor support only there favourite employee all businesses give to them only. Office politics, indecent behaviour by bosses and Sr. leadership. Leadership doesn't care about employees, they don't even listen to employee's situation and problems. Politics is very bad, no clarity on roles and no appreciation at all.
