Working environment is Good if team leader is good. Work place can be hell if TL would not be good, not having the knowledge of products. There are some scams going on eg. RM's take money in the name of LI customer. RM give the option that they can provide customer for li but you have to pay for the same. Am has to giv e money underpressure of sales. Misuse of the designation of employees. E.g. Some RM ask for the money in return of providing customer whom you can sell the product.
