I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1. Some teams are pretty chill, with not much work. 2. Office cabs are provided.

1. Nepotism and racism with a divide between telegu and non telegu employees. 2. Non-telegus not given many opportunities to grow. 3. Codebase is 10years old, no architecture / refactoring measures taken. Not much is done in exploring newer tech and coming up with robust solutions. Lots of anti-patterns/code smells and wrong software engineering practices. 4. No food facilities provided.
