Some TL was good otherwise HR even don't know how should talk with their employees. They are not provided experience and releaving latter on time. Behaviour and management was very bad. Yes only I got my salary on time but otherwise overall experience was very bad. There had no career opportunities. politics was too high. There hadno job security and drop facility was really poor. We complaint for multiple time but still they was not changed their policy. There have no needed to complete appropriate degree to make ur career as a HR or IT. I think that they need to priority his experience agent not a fresher because i am working with the company for last 10 month and after the ram down of the process they move agent some other process , we are selected for the process but after that they asked batch is full because previously we have already assign a fresher

Sometimes my working 8 hours were completed on the Software... but when I used to ask my night shift TL ... he said that it's pending... so do not logout now... wait for my update..

Still till now it's more than 10 years I haven't got my Provident fund nor my pension money they are just helpless clearly they are telling they cannot do anything for my concern.

Everyone dislikes it, works like a mattress and also listens from above, neither is the quality of the team, nor is the manager, nor is the team leader, no one is allowed to spend.

Nothing as mentioned on the portal you'll never get a increment,no free food,no transportation,no gym and they just do fun activities to upload on their web page not for real even their computer systems are not functional.
